By special arrangement with New Media Learning, the University of Kentucky has obtained authorization for small employers located within the commonwealth of Kentucky, with not more than fifty (50) employees in total, to use this program free for employee training. Larger employers may use it for demonstration and evaluation, but must obtain a license from New Media Learning for instructional use. In addition, all UK alumni worldwide employed in or owning businesses with up to 50 employees and those with significant ownership in private companies up to 200 employees are authorized to use this program free for employee training.
