New Media Learning unveils its new California Supervisory version of Preventing Sexual Harassment on-line training.

On November 14, 2006, the California Fair Employment and Housing Commission (FEHC) adopted final proposed regulations for CA Assembly Bill 1825. AB 1825 was enacted in September 2004 mandating Sexual Harassment training for Supervisors of employers with more than 50 employees. These regulations have been actively debated for over two years and must yet be approved by the Office of Administrative Law (OAL).

Upon receipt of the proposal from FEHC, OAL has 30 days to review and approve the regulations or disapprove them and require further changes. Once approved, OAL will send the regulations to the Secretary of State and they become effective 30 days thereafter. New Media Learning has actively participated in the development of these regulations.
